We switched to Jim Ostrander and State Farm about four years ago and have had 5 star service ever since. Jim and his staff always provide excellent service. Most importantly he goes above and beyond by being proactive to make recommendations that have saved us money and potential liability issues. One example is Jim making us aware that the multiple e-bikes we own for friends to ride with us present potential liability to us we would not have thought of. He advised us how to insure them for a small annual fee so they would be covered under our umbrella. We have been so pleased with Jim’s expertise we have referred many of our family and friends to him. They have expressed their appreciation and high satisfaction of Jim as well.
